Workshops
Offered Sunday, Oct. 25, 11:30am-12:30pm (FREE)
11:30am-12:30pm
with Tara Newhouse, BA, RN, RYT
As we observe the colors of the trees, the falling of the leaves, the changing of the light, and the longer, star-filled nights, Autumn offers us the opportunity to begin to turn our attention inward as well. The qualities of this season invite us to take stock of what we have cultivated, both internally and externally, and to contemplate how we can nurture ourselves best in each moment as we move through the cycles of life.
Embodied Yoga - Surrender and Balance
Embodied Yoga - Sun and Moon Series
Offered Sundays, November 1st- November 22nd
11:30am-12:30pm
with Tara Newhouse, BA, RN, RYT
Over the course of this 4 week session, we will work with both Sun Salutations and Moon Salutations to nurture and maintain balance as we adapt to the physical aspects of the darker, colder months, while keeping up with the more vibrant social aspects of this part of the calendar year. We will work with each asana of each series individually. This will allow us the chance to explore the sensations of the poses deeply and then build upon them as we learn to go with the flow of each series - and the season.
