The Somatics of Language: How Words Land in the Body

In this series, we will explore the deep connection between language and the body. Through poetry, spoken word, and personal mantras, we’ll attune to how words resonate within us—how they move through our nervous systems and leave traces of meaning, memory, and emotion. Language, when fully felt, has the power to heal us from within.
Embodied and Relational IFS: A Three-Part Series

A workshop series exploring Internal Family Systems (IFS) through embodiment and authentic connection. Together, we’ll nurture presence, resilience, and compassion for self and others.
In this series, one will:
Discover body-centered practices for navigating challenging emotions and inner parts.
Cultivate “Self”—the calm, courageous presence at the core of healing.
Connect with others on the path of healing and support one another through non-judgment, curiosity, and gentle witnessing.
Explore breath, movement, writing and drawing.
Gain tools to support resilience, connection, and integration beyond the workshop, including an opportunity for paired practice.

Moving Story: An Expressive Somatic Arts Workshop

Casey will be holding a workshop on November 8 at Open Door Studio, as part of their multi-media art exhibit “Bambi in Blue,” which will be displayed at Junction Arts and Media (JAM) during the month of November. The workshop is inspired by Casey’s study of the Tamalpa Life/Art Process®, a somatic expressive arts methodology developed over five decades by Anna Halprin and Daria Halprin, leading pioneers in the field of movement/dance education and therapy.
Somatic Stress Release Workshop featuring TRE®
