Participants often describe the experience as feeling “deeply clarifying,” “profoundly releasing,” and “like coming home to myself.” Many leave with a sense of grounded energy, emotional openness, and a clearer internal landscape.

What the Experience Offers

You’ll be guided through a breath pattern that supports:

  • releasing stress

  • improving vagal tone and supporting autonomic balance

  • accessing deeper states of rest, insight, and inner ease

  • enhancing energy, vitality, and circulation

  • softening tension in the jaw, chest, diaphragm, and pelvis

  • greater clarity, emotional resilience, and connection

  • a renewed sense of embodiment and presence

People often report:

  • reduced overwhelm, irritability, fear, or emotional “stuckness”

  • increased feelings of compassion, spaciousness, and openness

  • access to emotions that have been held beneath the surface

  • integration of past stress patterns in a gentle, organic way

  • improved sleep, digestion, and overall nervous system balance

Who This Circle Is For

This series is ideal for those curious about somatic practices, breathwork, or embodied healing—for those ready to reconnect, unwind, and listen more deeply.

You do not need prior experience with breathwork or somatic practices. All bodies are welcome.

What to Expect

Each session will include:

  • grounding and gentle somatic warm-ups

  • a guided conscious connected breathwork journey (~45 minutes)

  • a period of integration through rest, reflection, and quiet witnessing

  • optional space for journaling or sharing

Bring comfortable layers, and anything that helps you feel supported (eye mask, water, journal). You’ll be lying down for most of the practice.

Important Considerations

Conscious Connected Breathwork can be activating for some people. This practice is not recommended for individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, or for those with serious heart conditions or acute or severe mental illness. If you’re unsure whether this is appropriate for you, please reach out before attending.
