Somatic Stress Release Workshop featuring TRE®
Offered TBD
with Carolyn Barnwell
TRE® is a powerful, body-led practice that helps release deeply held stress & tension, reset your nervous system, and restore inner ease. This isn’t about pushing or fixing. It’s about tuning in and creating space for your body to move, release, and re-pattern—naturally.
Past participants say it feels like getting “a massage from the inside out.”
Other participants regularly say this experience is “life-changing,” “inspiring,” and “profound.”
Expect gentle movement, somatic shaking, deep rest, and a sense of realignment you can take with you. This experience is ideal for people who are curious about somatic practices, self-regulation, and embodied healing—not because something is broken, but because something in you is ready to reconnect.
Come as you are. All bodies are welcome and no experience is necessary.
