Sound Journey
Offered Monday, January 5th
5:30-7:00pm
with Heide Scheurer
A sound journey is a deeply meditative experience where you are immersed in sound waves created by healing instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, gong, monochord, tuning forks, drums, rattles, and chimes - a powerful opportunity to release stress, reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
Optional: For an extra $10, Heide Scheurer will intuitively select and place healing stones on you, setting the stage for a profound sound healing journey tailored to your personal focus or intention.

Beyond Coping: Tools for Living Fully with Chronic Pain and Illness
A 10-week immersive series blending science-based mind-body practices with compassionate support and community.
Rather than trying to “fix” pain, this program helps participants transform their relationship with it—reducing fear and reactivity, releasing old stories, and reclaiming joy, agency, and resilience. Together, we’ll explore neuroplasticity, emotional healing, parts work, and practical tools you can use every day.
Breathwork Journey
Offered Fridays January 16th, 23rd & 30th
6:00-7:30 pm
with Eliza Butler
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, body-led practice designed to gently open the breath, soften internal holding, and support the natural unwinding of stored tension and emotion. This is not about forcing or performing—it’s about cultivating presence, spaciousness, and trust in your body’s innate capacity to regulate and restore itself.
Restorative Yoga
Offered Sunday, February 1st
2:00-4:00 pm
with Sonya Carter
Restorative Yoga is a very gentle form of yoga, using blankets and bolsters to support the body allowing tight muscles to release into a state of deep relaxation and healing. The class will begin with gentle stretching and movements to warm the muscles, creating space in the body and allowing all of the restlessness and busy-ness of the day to dissolve.
The Somatics of Language: How Words Land in the Body
TBD
5:30pm-6:30 pm
with Kate Gamble
In this series, we will explore the deep connection between language and the body. Through poetry, spoken word, and personal mantras, we’ll attune to how words resonate within us—how they move through our nervous systems and leave traces of meaning, memory, and emotion. Language, when fully felt, has the power to heal us from within.
