Introduction to Tai Chi
TBD
with Kevin Comeau
This class is aimed at people who are new to tai chi, or who have not practiced in a while and would like to start at the beginning.

This 4 week introductory class will present Tai Chi for Good Health, the Yang style short form. The form comprises 24 postures performed in a flowing manner. If you would like to work on your balance, coordination, and breathing, or simply want to find a deeper level of relaxation, give tai chi a try!
The Somatics of Language: How Words Land in the Body

with Kate Gamble
In this class, we will explore the deep connection between language and the body. Through poetry, spoken word, and personal mantras, we’ll attune to how words resonate within us—how they move through our nervous systems and leave traces of meaning, memory, and emotion. Language, when fully felt, has the power to heal us from within.
