Introduction to Parts Work (IFS):
Cultivating curiosity and compassion for your inner world

Offered Saturday, March 7th
10:30am-12:30pm
with Mandy Snyder

As humans, it can be difficult to navigate our inner world of thoughts and emotions. At times, it can be messy. Our minds may be a jumble with self-criticism, blame or doubt; or our body is gripped with tension or anxiety.

We crave a sense of calm and clarity.

Take a moment to pause. Think of a time when someone greeted you with gentle curiosity, just as you are, mess included. Does it bring a sense of ease? Parts work, in the tradition of Richard Schwartz, offers a simple, yet potent pathway to do this for ourselves. The fruits of our labor are greater wholeness, self-compassion and skillful tools for navigating challenging emotions. Come join me for a two-hour intro to get a taste of this work that has been life changing for many.

A Weekend Retreat

Saturday, March 28th: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm ( 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm Break)
Sunday, March 29th: 9:30 am to 12:30 am.
with Mandy Snyder & Kate Gamble

This weekend retreat offers a space to slow down and listen inwardly so that expression and connection arise from genuine internal contact rather than habit or protection.

Through somatic inquiry, IFS-informed parts work, and simple, accessible movement practices, participants explore how different parts of our self live in the body and shape expression, relationship, and choice. You'll learn to recognize protective strategies as they arise and meet them with curiosity, allowing more authentic connection to self and others. You'll practice witnessing and being witnessed without fixing or interpretation.
