Exploring the Art and Science
of Body-Mind Wellbeing
The art and science of well-being.
Body • Mind • Being
At Open Door, we believe that lasting wellbeing begins with caring for the whole person. Together, we explore the dynamic relationship between body and mind, cultivating greater ease, resilience, and integration through a collaborative, client-centered approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-informed practice while recognizing that wellbeing is shaped by both scientific understanding and lived experience. We believe that openness, curiosity, and mindful awareness create the conditions for meaningful growth, health, and a more vibrant life.

Movement, Somatic, and Mindfulness Explorations
We believe that embodiment is one of the primary ways we come to know ourselves. Through movement, somatic practice, and mindfulness, we cultivate greater awareness, resilience, and connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. Our classes and workshops invite curiosity rather than performance, offering spaces for exploration, learning, and community. Alongside our core offerings, guest teachers enrich our programming through sound, art, writing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed approaches, and other practices that support embodied living.
