This small-group series offers an opportunity to explore your personal relationship with food in a supportive and reflective environment.

Through education, conversation, and experiential practices, we will examine the patterns and experiences that influence eating behaviors and explore new ways of responding with greater awareness and self-compassion.

Topics include:

  • The connection between our emotions and eating patterns

  • Habits the brain, and automatic responses

  • Self-criticism, shame, and secrecy

  • Understanding and meeting our true needs

  • Working with fears

Each session will include experiential practices such as meditation, journaling, mindful eating exercises, and creating personalized coping tools to support greater awareness and resilience.

This series is limited to 6–10 participants to support connection, safety, and deeper exploration.
