Topics include:
The connection between our emotions and eating patterns
Habits the brain, and automatic responses
Self-criticism, shame, and secrecy
Understanding and meeting our true needs
Working with fears
Each session will include experiential practices such as meditation, journaling, mindful eating exercises, and creating personalized coping tools to support greater awareness and resilience.
This series is limited to 6–10 participants to support connection, safety, and deeper exploration.
