Find out how you can utilize your breath to optimize body & mind. The class kicks off with a short introduction to the Wim Hof Method and its three pillars – Breath, Cold and Commitment. Kelli will briefly cover safety, and any effects you might experience during the session, before explaining the basic WHM breathing technique. You’ll then bring your consciousness to body & breath for several rounds of WHM breathing. You will be guided throughout the session. The class ends with a short meditation.

Who is this class for? This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method

Kelli Boucher

Kelli is a certified health and wellness coach, Wim Hof Method Instructor, a lifelong athlete, and a mom of two. It’s her mission to help others remember the interconnectedness of humans and nature and that there are no limits to what we can do. We can find healing and self-mastery when we tap into our inner fire  and the power of nature.

“I originally found the Wim Hof Method when I was struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety. The cold and the breath were the medicine I needed. When I read Wims story, I knew I had found the way to connect back to my power; the power that is within all of us, when we stop seeking comfort, and start embracing challenges. For this is our true nature as human beings.

This is why I chose to become an instructor. To teach others this simple and incredibly effective way to connect back to themselves and to nature. We ARE nature…and the power of nature is limitless.

I have worked with individuals managing inflammation in their bodies, dealing with mental health struggles, healing from trauma and conditioning, and those looking to deepen their connection to nature and ultimately themselves. Whatever your motivation for learning this method, I am committed to providing practical tools for optimal energy and stress management for participants to find further self-mastery.”
