Though your destination is not clear
You can trust the promise of this opening;
Unfurl yourself into the grace of beginning
That is one with your life’s desire.

Awaken your spirit to adventure;
Hold nothing back, learn to find ease in risk;
Soon you will be home in a new rhythm
For your soul senses the world that awaits you.

~ John O’Donohue

Join Vicky Fish, MSW, and Kate Gamble, MSPT for an afternoon that will include writing, embodied meditation, and somatic practices. As we shift into Spring, we will explore ways to refine our ability to listen to our inner voice and shift toward more agency. What are we storing? What do we need to release? What do we need to nourish and tilt toward? Nurturing our inner resources will enable us to find the balance between pausing and allowing and being intentional about moving forward. You will leave with tools and practices and a sense of belonging to a supportive community.

The workshop will include:

  • Embodied practices that support our “inner teacher”

  • Writing prompts that allow us to tap into our subconscious wisdom

  • Sharing and witnessing as a means to learn from one another

  • Suggestions for further practice
