Join us for a welcoming, informal space to slow down, meditate together, and explore what it means to build a sustainable mindfulness practice in daily life. Each session will include a meditation, light check-in, and discussion around a quote or theme for the day.
All are welcome—no prior meditation experience needed. While donations help support the group, no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Participants are asked to commit to the full three-month cycle to support continuity and group connection. The group may continue beyond the scheduled three months, depending on interest and other variables.
