Sonya Carter, Yoga Instructor
Sonya has been practicing yoga for over fifty years. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She is certified to teach Hatha flow yoga (2007), children’s yoga (2010), restorative yoga (2015) and aerial yoga (2018). Sonya is also certified in Reiki (2012, 2015) and Thai Yoga Bodywork (2017, 2018).
Alex Mentus, Personal Chef/Caterer
Alex is the Chef and Owner of The Rooted Anchor. Alex has been in the Food and Beverage industry for 16+ years, and has mastered her craft around the US. Her business is rooted in sustainability and highlighting seasonal ingredients from local farmers here in the Upper Valley. With a Culinary Degree and BA in Hospitality, her love and passion for healthy food shines through. She is taking all booking inquiries from small gatherings, office parties, events, and microweddings. Inquire vby email for availability.
