Explore the joy of movement in a relaxed setting. Facilitated by movement artist and choreographer Leah Stein.
In this monthly workshop, we will tune our senses through listening, playful exploration grounded in the body, breath, alignment with one’s own energy. Participants are guided by clear parameters that encourage individual interpretation, freedom, creativity, and shared creativity and learning.
