I'm Kim Wenger Hall (she/her), and yoga is my anchor. Yoga found me during a stressful college period, offering a path to inner peace and resilience that I still walk today.

For almost a decade, I've cultivated a teaching style that combines challenging flows with in-depth explorations of anatomy. Laughter is always welcome too! My goal is to empower you to build a personalized yoga practice that strengthens and empowers you on and off the mat.

I'm a dedicated learner, constantly refining my approach through collaboration with renowned pelvic floor health physical therapists Sarah Duvall and Mariel Little, and yoga therapist Amy Appoliti. This ensures my classes are effective and cater to your unique body, at any age.
